Shipping policy
Shipping Time Guarantee
All products are shipped within three business days of being ordered. Products specified as "Custom Order" or "Made to Order" will have the expected time frame(1 week, 1 month, etc.) listed that is in addition to the three business days. Domestic orders are dropped off at Yamato Transport Monday through Saturday and international orders are dropped off at Japan Post Monday through Friday.
Our Shipping Partners
We use Yamato Transport for domestic orders within Japan and Japan Post EMS for international orders.
Taxes and Duties
International buyers are responsible for any custom duties levied by their country. Halo Microphones does not collect taxes or import duties for international orders.
Products with Lithium-Ion Batteries
Products that contain lithium-ion batteries, such as the Seraph Pro, can not be shipped by EMS to certain countries, such as Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom. For a complete list of countries that can be shipped to please see "Note 2" on the Japan Post web site. If your country is not listed, we most likely will not be able to ship any products with lithium-ion batteries in them to you.
